Dalmunach opens Distilleries of the XXI Century, a collaboration between Scyfion and Drinksetter by Silpo exploring Scotland’s newer distilleries through single casks. Distilled in June 2015 and bottled in March 2024, this eight-year-old whisky spent its entire maturation in hogshead 4199. The release comprises 342 bottles at 50.6%. Malt, apple and white grapes, with citrus zest, vanilla and a little cream.
Taste
Balanced fruitiness with grapefruit, green banana, grass and pine needles.
