We can’t reveal the distillery, but it is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside, known for its incredible fruity and fresh herbal profile. Thanks to the long aging process, it has acquired multi-layered complexity, and the extended aging in a grappa cask emphasizes its fruity character while maintaining a perfect balance.

The aged Aultmore samples are particularly interesting. Our whisky, with its extended finishing process, also has an exceptionally intriguing profile. The pronounced fruity style, combined with the finishing in tequila casks, beautifully integrated herbal notes. The whisky maintains an excellent balance and has a light, fruity body.

Quite rich, with a slight sulfur note. One of the typical characteristics of Dailuaine is its distinct pear style. The extended aging in calvados casks added freshness, highlighted its minerality, and beautifully integrated the apple flavor.

Dufftown whisky with aging acquires pleasant creamy and buttery notes, along with pronounced fruitiness. The finishing in Armagnac casks has slightly smoothed the herbal notes and emphasized the creaminess.
