NV’s spring guide to Kyiv tastings announced an evening at BarmanDictat with Timur Dorofeev on 30 March 2025. Its highlight was a premiere: the eight-year-old Dalmunach, the first release of Distilleries of the XXI Century.
The series is a collaboration between Scyfion and Drinksetter by Silpo that explores Scotland’s newer distilleries through single casks. The whisky was bottled in March 2024; the premiere was its public debut.
For the launch, Sun Agency built a separate promo site for Silpo in April and May 2025, with its own visual language of collages and animation telling the story of a young distillery.
